The Dalada Maligawa, also known as the Temple of the Tooth, is a significant religious site located in Kandy, Sri Lanka. It is one of the most revered Buddhist temples in the country and is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The temple houses the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha, which is believed to be the left canine tooth of the Buddha. The temple attracts thousands of devotees and tourists every year, especially during the annual Esala Perahera festival. The festival involves a grand procession of the tooth relic through the streets of Kandy, accompanied by traditional dancers, drummers, and beautifully decorated elephants.
